Outbound Campaigns let your AI agents proactively call contacts from a list — perfect for lead follow-up, appointment reminders, surveys, and sales outreach.

Accessing Campaigns

Navigate to A.I Agents → Outbound tab → Campaigns

Creating a Campaign

1. Click + New Campaign
2. Configure the campaign:

Setting	Description
Campaign Name	Internal name for tracking
Agent	Which outbound AI agent makes the calls
Contact List	Select contacts or import a list
Phone Number	Caller ID number to use
Schedule	When calls should be made
Max Concurrent	How many simultaneous calls

3. Click Launch Campaign

Campaign Analytics

Track campaign performance in real-time:

• Total Calls Made — progress toward completion
• Answer Rate — % of calls answered by a human
• Voicemail Rate — % reaching voicemail
• Success Rate — % achieving the campaign goal (e.g., appointment booked)
• Average Call Duration — mean conversation length
• Conversion Funnel — Dialed → Answered → Qualified → Converted

Dialer Settings

Configure global dialer behavior:

Setting	Description
Call Spacing	Delay between calls (avoid spam flags)
Retry Attempts	How many times to retry unanswered calls
Retry Interval	Wait time between retries
Calling Hours	Only call during these hours (compliance)
Voicemail Handling	Leave message or skip

Campaign Statuses

Status	Meaning
Draft	Not yet launched
Active	Currently making calls
Paused	Temporarily stopped
Completed	All contacts called
Cancelled	Manually stopped

Important: Follow local regulations (TCPA, DNC lists) when running outbound campaigns. Configure calling hours to respect time zone rules.
