The Knowledge module lets you build knowledge bases that your AI agents reference during calls. Upload articles, FAQs, product docs, and procedures so agents can give accurate, consistent answers.

How Knowledge Works with Agents

  1. You create a Knowledge Space (e.g., "Product FAQs", "Pricing", "Policies")
  2. You add Articles with the information agents need
  3. You assign the Knowledge Space to an AI agent in the Agent Builder
  4. During calls, the agent searches the knowledge base when asked questions
  5. The agent responds with accurate information from your articles
